Arizona Fashion Walk – Event Terms & Conditions

By registering for and participating in the Arizona Fashion Walk event, you agree to the following terms and conditions

By signing up for Arizona Fashion Walk, you confirm that you (or your child/ward, if applicable) are physically and mentally able to participate in the event.
Participants are expected to follow all event rules, safety instructions, and guidance provided by event staff.
Arizona Fashion Walk reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who fails to comply with event rules.

By participating, you assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, or environmental factors.
Arizona Fashion Walk, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions arising from participation in the event.
Parents/guardians of differently abled models or minors acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their child’s health, safety, and well-being during the event.

Arizona Fashion Walk does not provide medical care or supervision for participants.
In case of an emergency, participants or their guardians are responsible for seeking medical treatment.
If a participant has special medical needs, they must inform the organizers in advance and bring any necessary medical equipment or support staff.

For participants under 18 years of age or differently-abled individuals requiring guardian oversight, a parent or legal guardian must sign this agreement before participation.
Parents/guardians agree to be present or provide a responsible adult for supervision if necessary.

By participating, you grant Arizona Fashion Walk permission to use photos/videos taken at the event for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed, you must inform the event organizers in writing before the event. However, due to the nature of the event and its media coverage, participants who opt out of photography or videography may need to be excluded from the event. In such cases, event registration fees will not be refunded.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.
Any disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund (if applicable).
Arizona Fashion Walk reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the event in case of unforeseen circumstances.

This agreement is legally binding and governed by the laws of State of Arizona
Any disputes or legal claims shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, with all legal costs borne by the participant if a claim is unsuccessful.
